Paul O. Williams, Chairman of the Board
In addition, Williams currently serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Bison Equities, Inc. in Dallas and serves on the Board of Directors of several other unrelated companies.
Previously, Williams served five years on the Board of Directors of the Texas Economic Development Council in Austin. He is a past Chairman of the Board of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and completed 12 years on their Board of Directors and eight years on their Executive Committee. Williams is also a recipient of the CFO of the Year award for North Texas by the Dallas Business Journal. He also has served on the Board of Directors of five publicly traded companies.
Williams graduated from Austin College in Sherman with a double major in Economics and Business Administration with a minor in Political Science. He also graduated from the Institute of Organization Management in Washington, DC.

Lieutenant General Michael D. Barbero
Michael is a career Infantry leader and retired US Army Lieutenant General, who served in leadership assignments and has commanded forces at every grade, from Lieutenant to Lieutenant General.
He served 46 months in Iraq over 3 separate combat tours of duty, coordinating intricate political-military operations, working with allies, senior foreign government and coalition leaders, while commanding large, complex US and NATO organizations.
Currently, he works in Europe and the MENA Regions working with senior political and business leaders to develop business projects and investment opportunities while promoting American Business and US interests across these regions. He is a Board Member or Senior Advisor to several US and International companies in security, infrastructure, finance and investment, and emerging technology sectors.
He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy who also holds a master’s degree from the National Defense University. He has completed the Executive Course on National and International Studies at George Washington University.

Paul is the heart and soul of 3Di Sign + Design. His vision and integrity have helped shape the success of numerous multi-million dollar companies.
Paul looks at each prospective client’s business as if it were his own, envisioning more than a sign, but an entire marketing campaign and how his designs will attract the desired customers. With over 25 years of sign industry experience, Paul brings his creative genius as well as an uncanny engineering perspective to each client.
He is an avid supporter of several Arlington-based non-profits and serves on many boards, including The Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau, Vice President of Large Gifts for the Arlington Education Foundation, President of Dance Theatre Arlington, Board Member of the Friends of the Levitt Pavilion, and Director of the Arlington Margarita Ball. Paul also sponsors Miss Arlington, Miss Texas, Tailgate Education Foundation and is a Lifetime Member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce since 1997.
